Maintenance indicator
The maintenance indicator on the hydraulic filter measures how dirty the element is. This indicates in good time when the element needs to be replaced. This ensures the desired function of the filter and prevents excessive differential pressure. There are several maintenance indicators:
- Dynamic pressure indicator
- Differential pressure indicator
- Vacuum indicator
Pitot tube
Pitot gauges are available as pressure gauges, electrical or optical-electrical. The manometer shows the degree of contamination on a scale, and the connection can be selected horizontal or vertical. Green and red indicate whether the element will be replaced.
Differential pressure indicator
Differential pressure indicator is available optical, electrical or optical-electrical. It accurately measures the differential pressure upstream and downstream of the element. In the optical version, the degree of contamination is indicated by means of a green-red ring.
There are also electrical indicators that emit an electrical signal when the degree of contamination is reached. In addition, a simple plug with LED (green/red) can be used to supplement the electrical indicator to the optical electrical indicator.
Negative pressure indicator
Vacuum gauges are available as vacuum gauges, electrical or optical-electrical. The vacuum gauge shows the degree of contamination on a scale. The green area on the vacuum gauge indicates that the maximum recommended differential pressure has not yet been reached. If the red area is reached, the element must be replaced.
There are also electrical indicators that emit an electrical signal when the degree of contamination is reached. In addition, a simple plug with LED (green/red) can be used to supplement the electrical indicator to the optical electrical indicator.
Oil level indicator / oil sight glass
The high-quality and robust oil sight glasses are optimal for level control of oil tanks.
Due to the metric mounting screws and the different lengths, they can be easily attached to almost any hydraulic tank. In addition, you can choose between indicators with or without thermometer. The temperature is displayed in degrees Celsius and in Fahrenheit.
