IMEX Filtertechnika Kft. has a long and excellent partnership with Güttler Kft. in Hódmezôvásárhely (South Hungary - near Szeged). For more than 10 years IMEX Filtertechnika has been providing optimal extraction systems in the production of soil preparation equipment for agriculture. The German innovation leader in the field of soil structure produces in its Hungarian factory the trailed rollers OffSet, Master and Magnum, all hydraulic folding front implements, as well as the complete SuperMaxx series from 3 to 12 meters working width.
This year, IMEX Filtertechnika supplied 3 TEKA Filtercube 4H fume class W3 extractors, which work hand in hand with the robots for parts production. The extraction system ensures that all harmful emissions are extracted and filtered and is also equipped with a fire protection concept.
IMEX decided to install 3 stationary TEKA extraction units because each can be placed on less than 1 m2 floor space. For part of the installation, a customized solution also had to be found to allow permanent access for maintenance work on the robots. For this purpose, Jacob's suction pipes were moved upwards with the help of a support structure.
In order to be able to guarantee both comfort and energy efficiency of the system, the TEKA systems are started fully automatically by the robots and the correct extraction is controlled via an electro-pneumatic valve.
IMEX Filtretechnika worked closely with Flexman Robotics in both planning and execution. With the help of 3D scanning technology, it was possible to plan the system in such a way that the extractors were tailor-made to fit the requirements of the robotic systems.
