IMEX bag filter housing: Cooling water filter for 220m3/h

Our customer, a "big player" in the automotive industry, requires a cooling water filter with a flow rate of around 220 m3 of cooling water per hour for the hydraulic system of its plant.

For some time now, IMEX stainless steel bag filter housings for multiple filter bags, 8-place, size 2, have been providing the required cooling water quality. The housing was specially developed for high-volume applications and processes, is user-friendly and cost-effective.

Our wide range of bag filter housings includes a variety of single and multi-place designs with threaded and flanged connections or even sanitary quick disconnects.

• Available in stainless steel 304, 316 and also 316L
• An innovative 3-point bayonet lock ensures a perfect seal between the individual filter bags and the housing
• The housing volume is optimized for minimizing product loss.
