If a high volume flow and therefore a high filter area is required in a small space, mini-pleat filter cells are used. A moisture-resistant glass fiber paper is used as the filter medium.
The mini-pleat design creates a very large filter area. The special pleating with spacers made of hotmelt ensures a high inherent stability of the filter medium. Mini-pleat filter cells are therefore very stable, can be inflowed from both sides and are resistant to high humidity.
Different installation depths enable both vertical and horizontal installation. The models are offered in Standard and Performance (P-Line) variants. By default, these products are constructed with plastic frames, but they are also available with cardboard, non-woven, MDF or metal frames.
Compact filters are used in all types of ventilation and air conditioning systems, especially under difficult conditions such as increased flow velocities, multiple load changes and shutdowns, and high humidity. Compact filters are very stable and resistant to flow. Unlike pocket filters, their installation position is variable. They can be installed both horizontally and vertically.
Thanks to their optimized flow characteristics, the 2V, 3V, 4V compact filters achieve significantly lower pressure drops, optimum utilization of the entire filter area, and thus longer service lives with maximum energy efficiency. A moisture-resistant glass-fiber paper is used as the filter medium. Due to the mini-pleat design, very narrow pleat spacing can be realized and thus a very high filter area can be generated.
