Solely a natural person acting outside the scope of their profession, independent occupation or business activity shall be considered a consumer. In other words, a business or company cannot be a consumer, nor can a natural person, only if they do not order in connection with their profession or business activity. Invoices issued to consumers do not include a tax number.
