Air filter cartridges
We supply our customers with an almost complete range of air filter elements for most on- and off-road applications, with efficient separation and high pollutant capture, conventional design or Radial Seal, PowerCore or PicoFlex, made of cellulose, metal or special synthetic materials. The latest generation of UltraWeb filter media has been adopted from industrial filtration technology and has a collection efficiency that is unique in the air filter cartridge market. Our focus is on air filter cartridges from Donaldson and MANN+Hummel, but we also offer high quality filter cartridges for filter housings from almost every other manufacturer in the world.
Cabin air filter
Properly sized cabin air filters have become standard equipment in almost all vehicles. This involves protecting people in driver's cabs from dust and other contaminants, as well as air conditioning systems in transport vehicles. After the widespread use of simple paper or plastic filter media, activated carbon cabin air filters are now gaining acceptance as a means of keeping odors and chemicals out. Some manufacturers are even moving toward eliminating viruses and bacteria with technologies derived from industrial ventilation systems. We are able to provide the appropriate replacement cabin air filter for most vehicles and machinery.

We offer not only replacement air filter cartridges for sale, but also complete air filter housings, clamps, contamination indicators and various rubber or metal connecting elements, if required. With our experience and wide variety of elements, we can always look for the optimal solutions. On the one hand to optimize existing filter systems and make them more efficient or on the other hand to develop modular intake air filter systems for newly designed plants. Depending on the application and possibilities of the machine as well as the desired filtration performance, we offer you an individual solution for your air filter systems.
Air prefilter
Alongside filter cartridges, air prefilters are the most important components of air filtration systems. A wide variety of technical solutions are used in air prefilters to separate the coarser impurities in order to relieve the filter element of high concentration loads and to prevent its rapid clogging as far as possible. The efficiency of prefilters can be up to 90%. Oil bath and centrifugal types are used, as well as automatically draining types, but also types that require regular maintenance and cleaning. A well-chosen pre-filter contributes significantly to increasing the service life of the air filter element and thus to a noticeable reduction in costs.
