Cartridge filter housings

Single-seat and multi-seat cartridge filter housings are used in industrial filtration in almost all industries. They are designed for operating pressures up to 30 bar and are made of stainless steel, making them suitable for filtration requirements ranging from fully hygienic to high purity. The housings are made of 304, 316, 316L stainless steel, PP, PVC and PVDF and are manufactured for filter cartridges with different adapters and lengths.

Bag filter housings

Bag filter housings are suitable for the removal of contaminants in a wide range of high flow industrial applications. Made of stainless steel (304, 316 or 316L), bag filter housings are usually designed for operating pressures up to 20 bar and temperatures up to 150 °C. IMEX offers a wide range of bag filter housings in single and multi-place versions with hose, threaded and flanged connections or quick connectors. Coaleszer housings

Coalescers are primarily used for phase separation in gas and liquid applications such as natural gas and pipeline transportation.

For this application, the most common materials are carbon steel and stainless steel, but special materials such as duplex steel and Hastelloy C22 are also used.

Our coalescers are suitable for petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants, storage terminals and production facilities, as well as many other industrial applications.

Special filter housings

Special filters include, for example, automatic backwash filters (automatic filters for short) for the filtration of low-viscosity liquids. By cleaning themselves, the filters enable trouble-free operation of industrial plants and motors, thus ensuring long service lives and extended maintenance intervals. This prevents production downtimes and keeps operating costs as low as possible. Automatic filters are used in many areas of water treatment (e.g. seawater, cooling water, industrial and process water), but also for lubricating oil filtration or for the filtration of liquid fuels and cooling lubricants in power plants.

Gas filter housings

We offer gas filter housings for industrial and sanitary applications to remove liquids and solids from a variety of gas and air streams in process industries such as food, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing. These housings can be used for particle filtration as well as sterile filtration of gases.

Stainless steel sanitary housings in particular are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the biopharmaceutical industry. The range is rounded off by aeration and deaeration filters, which are used due to their favorable flow pattern and low pressure drop.
