Process filter design
The optimal design of your filtration plants and systems aims at the best compromise between filter efficiency, service life and investment costs. Because numerous parameters determine the filter design, our many years of experience and our independent advice are a great advantage for you.
Maintenance and calibration of cleanliness measurement equipment
Especially for sensitive instruments such as cleanliness cabinets, it is also important to continuously maintain and calibrate the measuring instruments themselves. In most cases, calibration of the measuring equipment is recommended at least once a year in order to guarantee the accuracy of the measurements. Due to the high sensitivity of the equipment, calibration should only be performed by qualified professionals.
The performance period is normally five working days (excluding delivery times). In the process, each individual measuring device installed in the pressure and flow is recalibrated according to national regulations.
The documentation of the results and the calibration record are handed over to the customer.
